The College seeks to provide a balanced curriculum for the students to prepare them for the ministry. It consists of ministering to the hearts through the Chapel-time, the training of the mind through of teaching the biblical knowledge/truth in the classroom and the learning of how to minister through the mentorship programme in participating churches.

The Chapel-time will be held every day in the campus. Classes will be conducted every day in the morning, and on the nights of every Monday and Thursday. Afternoons are spent in revision and assignments. On Wednesday afternoons, there will be College Activities such as evangelism sessions in the local neighbourhood.

You are expected to balance your theological training by participating actively in the programmes of the College and also in the ministry of the local congregation (which you will be attached to) over the weekend. You will need to work closely with the Pastor and Session of the local congregation, which will be part of your practicum. You are to conduct yourself in an exemplary manner as you are an ambassador not only for the College but also for Christ.
